CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and Appointment Policy At MJ Beauty Creation, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service. To ensure the smooth scheduling of appointments and the availability of our artists, we have established the following cancellation and appointment policies: Deposit: A deposit will be charged to your card at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of your service. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for your appointment is due on the day of your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling or Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our studio at least 48 hours (2 business days) prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the automatic forfeiture of your deposit. Appointment Reminders: You will receive a text message and email reminder 7 days before your scheduled appointment. It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance. Failure to confirm will result in the automatic forfeiture of your deposit. Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, MJ Beauty Creation reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. Complimentary Appointments: If you are more than 15 minutes late for a complimentary appointment, the subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies.
